I've always loved lemon meringue tarts and whilst I have my favourites, I noticed many had lemon curds carrying an eggy aftertaste - something I did not enjoy. I lean more towards the tangy and slightly tarte side so you can expect this tart to pack a punch!
Comes in a 10 inch and can be cut into 8 big slices or 16 smaller slices.
